FAQ

Who is Transport LogIQ for?

Independent hotshot drivers and RV haulers (drive-away and multi-unit) who want to track their own miles, fuel and expenses and see what each load really pays.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of full access. Card required: you add it in Stripe Checkout when you start. On day 15 you're charged for the plan you picked ($24.99 a month or $199.99 a year) unless you cancel before. To cancel, go to Settings > Manage Subscription & Upgrade Plan. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged.

How much does it cost after the trial?

$24.99 a month or $199.99 a year after your 14-day free trial. Card required. You're charged on day 15 unless you cancel before. There's also Lifetime: $499.99 once, with no renewals. Because Lifetime is a one-time purchase, it doesn't have its own trial. Want to try TL before you commit? Start your 14-day trial, then tap Activate Lifetime Access on the Pricing screen whenever you're ready. Your loads, expenses and miles stay in your account.

What's the difference between Active and Calibrated cost per mile?

Active cost per mile is what the trip actually cost you: fuel plus your other expenses, divided by trip miles. Calibrated cost per mile is a target based on average fuel prices along your route and a target MPG for your setup. The gap between them shows where money was lost or saved.

Can I log more than one RV on a single haul?

Yes. In RV Multi Haul mode you can enter up to four units per trip. Each unit gets its own unit number, and units 1-3 also take length, GVWR and dry weight.

What happens if I lose signal?

Scanned receipts are saved on your phone and upload once you have signal again, so you can scan at the pump and keep moving.
